Starks

Pay suppliers today. Settle when goods sell.

Starks structures import and export finance facilities that follow the rhythm of your trade cycle — funding supplier payments upfront and self-liquidating as your goods convert to cash. No idle collateral. No mismatch between when you pay and when you earn.

Key Benefits

Built around your cycle

Facilities structured on 60–120 day self-liquidating cycles matched to your actual shipment-to-sale timeline.

Multi-market execution

Draw and settle across Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya and 20+ African corridors through one counterparty.

Security that works for you

Layered security packages — receivables, collections accounts, insurance — instead of blanket asset liens.

FX built in

Currency conversion and cross-border settlement handled within the facility, at institutional rates.

How It Works

1

1. Structure

We assess your trade flow — buyers, suppliers, tenors, corridors — and design the facility around it.

2

2. Fund

We disburse against approved transactions: supplier invoices, letters of credit or confirmed purchase orders.

3

3. Trade

Your goods ship and sell. Collections flow through designated accounts we monitor together.

4

4. Settle

The facility self-liquidates from sale proceeds within the agreed cycle. Then it revolves for your next shipment.
